FOODS THAT HELP BENEFIT BEAUTY

I like eating healthy but satisfy. The food I consume its from all different culture. I like to try new things and also challenge myself in the kitchen, but in the morning I prefer to eat pick me up food its as good for you and for your beauty. Its important to have knowledge of what you eating and how it helps in health and in beauty don't you agree. Color also helps to make the plate look more appertizing. I'm going to share with you my Favorite Breakfast and my Smoke Salmon spread recipe. Foods that help benefit beauty.
 
 
This is one of my favorite breakfast
Avocado
Eggs
Smoke Salmon
Cherry Tomatoes 
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
 
 
The benefits I get from the above breakfast
Avocado- overachiever antioxidants essential fatty acids
 help skin plump and smooth.
Eggs-It's perfect mix of skin protein
 to keep collagen and elastin
the lecithin found in eggs slow the ageing.
Smoke Salmon- Rich in vitamin A,B, & D,
 Omega 3 reduce
 acne and inflammation it combats aging.
Cherry Tomatoes-Vitamin C fight off free radicals
 which damage skin cell it helps skin looks radiant.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil-High in Vitamin E
help maintain healthy skin.
 
 
Recipes For Salmon Delight
 
You Need
 
Smoke Salmon
Philadelphia Cream Cheese you could also use the low fat version
A mixer
 
 

Blend all ingredients until smooth
 
Place in a container or a bowl
 
Serve with Naan bread or Bagel your preference.
 
I enjoy spreading on Naan bread and adding slices of avocado 
 
To get the best calories count down and calcium 
use whole grain flatbread,
low fat version cream cheese.

  18. Great post dear!! I like to eat healthy, I love your amazing breakfast but in my country don't usually eat a big meal for breakfast. Mostly of the people have a rush cup of coffee and that's it! For me is very important starting the day with a good breakfast as: a natural orange juice, a assortment of seasonal fruits and then some days grains and others bread slice with salted tomato and extra virgin olive, this is tipical in the south of Spain.... delicious. Try with toast bread!! ;D and glass of milk and finally my special mug with coffee!! ;)
    I make the same Smoke Salmon spread recipe!! hahaha it's very popular in my home!! ;)
