SMOOTHDELICIOUS

After my run or gym, I always need a pick me up drink that gets me ready to take full charge of my day. I love smoothies and always like to try to play with the ingredients, I add a touch of something no one expect. The recipe I'm sharing with you I been drinking for a long time and what I love about it, You do not get an after taste like we get when we buy it from a smoothie place and its made with fresh fruits. It only takes six ingredients I use fresh fruits.

Important: When I purchase my fruits I right away clean and place in the freezer to use for my smoothie I do this step ahead to be able to make one in a snap.

Fresh Strawberry
cut the stem
 and rinse off
 with water.

  Place clean strawberries
 in a Ziploc to freeze.

Fresh Blueberries
rinse off
 and get rid of any
that already burst.
 Place Blueberries
 in Ziploc to freeze.
The above fruits
are frozen
no need to use Ice and loose the flavor.

Bananas
  Two Slice Bananas
Sometimes I add three
1/4 Cup of Plain Yogurt
 You could also use
non-fat or low fat
it won't change the taste.

1/4 Cup of Coconut Water
 If you prefer juice
go for it.

 Agave or Honey
Which ever one you
have on hand
4 Tablespoon of either
one
or more if you
like it very sweet.

ADD ALL OF THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS INTO
A BLENDER
BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH.

 The Result
A SMOOTHDELICIOUS

After you taste it you
will want to keep
this
Recipe!

What its you pick me up drink after your work out Fashionistas?

Eating and Drinking Healthy
It will show how good it is for you.
