1 Medium Acorn
2 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper For Taste
Preheat oven at 400 degrees.
Cut Acorn in half
Clean out the seeds
Add One Tablespoon of Olive Oil to Each Acorn Half
Sprinkle generously with Salt and Pepper
or until squash its tender.
Beautify Your Plate
Tips: If you want a sweet version of this
Melt 2 Tablespoon of butter
Brush on acorn sprinkle with Brown Sugar
and bake for 40 minutes or until tender.
