SCRUB, SCRUB AWAY WITH SEA SALT SCRUB

Sea Salt Scrub Recipe
What you need:

1-Sea Salt Coarse or Fine
2- Small Mason Jar or any sanitize jar
3-Any of these oils, Essential oils of your liking, Olive oil, Argan oil.
I use Amiko argan oil you see on second image.
4-Measuring spoon
5-Bowl
6-Labels

Instruction

Measure 1 cup  or 16 tablespoon of Sea Salt add 1/2 cup of oil if using olive oil or 1/2 of the bottle if using argan oil.
If you add essential oil add 15 drops.

Mix well that the oil cover the salt.

Pour in a mason jar or sanitize jar and label it

Tip: If using essential oil and olive oil mix or olive oil by itself refrigerate last up to 3 weeks
If using any argan oil no need to refrigerate it last about the same amount of time.
Usage: Once a week.

RESULT

Important Note:
If you have sensitive skin check the texture against your skin you might want the fine sea salt if your skin its to delicate.
I been using this on me for over a year and never had a problem but my advice check on yourself and use your best judgment in what works for your skin.

Tips:
For feet add Peppermint or Vanilla essential oil
For intense body use Lavender essential oil it soothe and calm.

Helpful Information:
Sea Salt its Mineral rich in Magnesium , Calcium and Zinc.
It nourish and help polish away your dead skin leaving it smooth with a beautiful glow.
Its also known to improve your skin and tightens it.

DO NOT: USED IODIZED SALT (TABLE SALT) BIG NO, NO....

This its great for all genders so guys do not think twice in giving it a try.

Fashionista let me know if you try it out or planning to.

  40. Hey great post, I use scrubs on a daily basis since I suffer from keratosis pilaris and they totally help with this condition along with alpha hydroxy lotions which for some irritating reason are getting harder and harder to buy in drug stores I always I have to buy them online now.
