Eating healthy while getting nutrition and a good source of vitamin, who will not want to indulge in this snack. It provides you with Vitamin C, B, E and K also A that the mint contains. I want to share my favorite snack it only contains 4 ingredients. I make it once a week during spring to fall or whenever I could get a hold of fresh strawberries. I hope you will want to try and get yourself to a healthy start.
16 oz. of Strawberries cut in halves
12 sprig of mint leaves
2 Tablespoon of Honey
1 Tablespoon of lemon
Wash the strawberries place in a bowl add the rest of ingredients mix well.
Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes than serve.
