HEALTHY SNACKS

Ladies and Gentleman I'm sharing with you Healthy Snacks I enjoy eating.
 
COCONUT CHIA GRANOLA 
 
I love this Granola it has Coconut and Chia
Omega 3 great source of fiber.
Great to eat by itself or add to
Oatmeal
Yogurt
Smoothies
 
PUMPKIN FLAX GRANOLA
It also contain Omega 3 great for
Oatmeal
Yogurt
Smoothies
 
AGAVE NECTAR 
Great for Tea, Lemon and mint water,
yogurt, and smoothies.
 
HONEY
If you cannot get a hold
of Agave you could
use honey its works
as well.
 
ALMONDS
When I want to curve my hunger I
snack on a few nuts great vitamin like B6 and A. Keep
in mind eat in moderation. Eat alone or in salads.

 
WALNUTS


 
Rich source of omega 3 fatty acid and Vitamin E
add to salad or snack on.
 
EDAMAME
Great snack contain vitamin C,D and E
 
BOSC PEAR 

Vitamin B and G perfect snack
even to add to salads.
 
AVOCADO
So many reasons to eat avocados
is a belly fat buster and has
vitamins A,B,C,E.K and B6
 
FLAX SEEDS
High in fiber and good fatty acids
and vitamin B good source
of magnesium low in carbohydrates.
I enjoy it in my yogurt.
 
Flax Seeds
 
This is how the seed looks like.
 
Hot Cereal Special K Nourish/Nuts
Blend of Quinoa, Oats, Wheat and Barley

less than 200 calories
 
Mandarin Oranges


Great source of Vitamin C
Add to yogurt
Cottage Cheese
Smoothie  

 
COTTAGE CHEESE
Love it with Mandarin Orange
Potassium, Vitamin B

 
CHOBANI GREEK YOGURT
100 Calories Vitamin D and A
 
 
Yogurt, Granola Chia seed, Flax seed, Mandarin Oranges and
one teaspoon of Agave. 
 
I do not have an image of Chia Seed but add to the
healthy snack list they are black mix with white
It contains Vitamin C, D, and E.
 
Fruits will always be a part of the Healthy Snacks
 
I'm not a nutritionist this is all base on my experience
and eating habits.
 
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have any lactose or medical issues 
and allergies do not eat this or try please consult with your doctor.
 
ALWAYS BEAUTIFY YOUR HEALTH!

  13. I love to snack on pears, cottage cheese, or mandarin oranges. They're all delicious. You just reminded me that I need to buy some more cottage cheese, we just ran out. LOL! :) We always stay stocked with mandarin oranges, because my kids, fiance, and I all love them. They're a quick, easy, snack and so delicious!

Great post Jackie, love to snack on avocado's, walnuts, sunflower seeds, currants, natural yogurt, pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries, obviously not at the same time and all this talk of food as made me hungry, a little natural yogurt, ground cinnamon and dried cranberries coming up - Have a great week Jackie, best wishes Alan
