1/4 CUP OF DATES
1 TABLESPOON OF HONEY
1/3 CUP CHOPPED ROASTED CASHEWS
(lightly sea salted)
1/2 CUP OF COCONUT MILK
1/4 CUP OF DATES
ONE TABLESPOON HONEY
1/3 CUP OF CASHEW
(CHOPPED BEFORE ADDING TO BLENDER)
1/2 CUP COCONUT MILK
WITH A HINT OF VANILLA
Place all ingredients in a blender
blend until smooth.
THE BENEFITS OF EATING CASHEWS

2-Contains good fats (unsaturated fat) that give you more energy.
