Sometime we looking for a great recipe
that has healthy ingredients we do
not mind serving to
our guest and family.
One day with so much ingredients at hand
I decided to be a little creative in the kitchen.
Invited a few friends to get their opinion
and it was a hit.
I decided to share with you.
MEDLEY RICE AND APPLE PORK CHOPS RECIPE
MEDLEY RICE INGREDIENTS
Half of One
Yellow, Red and Orange Pepper Diced
One small Onion dice
1 glove of garlic minced
1 cup of Cook and drain Frozen or Fresh Spinach
Few sprigs of Fresh Tarragon
1 Tablespoon of Grape seed oil or Veggie Broth
2 cups of cook White Rice
Salt and pepper to taste
YELLOW, RED, ORANGE PEPPERS, ONION AND GARLIC
COOK AND DRAIN FROZEN OR FRESH SPINACH
(I used frozen)
2 CUPS OF COOK WHITE RICE
FEW SPRIGS OF FRESH TARRAGON
Cook the white rice set aside, cook the spinach drain set
aside. In a pot add 1 tablespoon of Grape seed oil or
veggie broth sauteed until soft the red, yellow, orange peppers,
onion and garlic when done add the rice mix well
add the cook spinach mix well and finish it off
with a few sprigs of Fresh Tarragon and season
with salt and pepper to taste.
IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS
APPLE PORK CHOPS INGREDIENTS
1 Package of Thin Pork Chops
2 Apple Peeled, Cored and Slice
1 Teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar or Apple Cider juice
(I used raw Apple Cider Vinegar)
4 Tablespoon of water if using Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Medium Onion Slice
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
5 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
1 Tablespoon of each Salt and Pepper To Season
THIN PORK CHOPS
1 TABLESPOON OF OLIVE OIL SEASON WITH
SALT AND PEPPER
APPLE PEELED, CORED AND SLICE
RAW APPLE CIDER VINEGAR (1/4 Cup)
Drizzle pork with 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
season with 1 Tablespoon of each
Salt and Pepper
In a Sauteed Pan add the 5 tablespoon of Vegetable
Oil heat oil add the season pork chops cook
5 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown
Set aside drain oil of sauteed pan
add onion and the peeled, cored and slice apples
cook until soft add 1 tablespoon of mustard
mix gently and well add the 1/4 cup
of Apple cider Vinegar or Apple Cider juice.
(Important- if using vinegar add 4 tablespoon of water)
place pork chop back to pan and let it cook for
25 minutes or more until pork chops are cook
and the sauce thickens.
IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS
FOR THICK PORK CHOP
COOK IN OVEN 20 MINUTES INTO THE COOKING
ADD THE APPLES, ONION AND THE MIX TOGETHER
VINEGAR OR CIDER JUICE WITH DIJON MUSTARD
POUR OVER AND COOK UNTIL PORK IS FULLY COOK
AND THE FRUIT AND ONION ARE TENDER THE SAUCE THICKENS.
