COLD GREEN SOUP


Cold soup is a must in the summer
so if having all the ingredients
why not try by combining them
and see what you come up with.
This is how I came up with this recipe, 
I was in the mood
for a cold soup and I like
trying new combination.
So here is this
 COLD GREEN SOUP
It has all the benefits
of being good for you
and great taste.


INGREDIENTS
SPINACH (1/4 CUP)
CUCUMBER (1/2 PEEL AND CUT)
NON-FAT PLAIN YOGURT (1/4 CUP)
GINGER (1 TEASPOON  GRATED)
ZEST LIME VINEGAR (1 TABLESPOON)
TIP: NO ZEST LIME VINEGAR TRY LIME JUICE
WATER (1/4 CUP)
DILL (ONE SPRIG)
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
OLIVE OIL TO DRIZZLE (OPTIONAL)

1/4 CUP OF NON-FAT YOGURT
 

1 TABLESPOON (KRAFT ZESTY LIME)

1 SPRIG OF DILL

ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO A FOOD PROCESSOR
BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH


DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL
cold soup


ENJOY
 


 ALWAYS
