FOREST GREEN SMOOTHIE

Forest Green Smoothie
is two type of green salad
we love to eat
(wait if you are like me and love your greens lol)
make it into a smoothie.
What more can
you ask when you need your greens.
Here is my third version of a
green smoothie that all you
taste is sweet and ginger.
Give it a try and let
me know what you think.

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup of Kale
1 Cup of Spinach
1/4 Teaspoon of Ginger
2 Banana slice
1/2 of Cucumber slice
2 Tablespoon of Agave Nectar
1/4 cup of Coconut Water or Just plain water

Place all ingredients in a blender
blend until smooth.

Enjoy

Mum has been making kale and kiwi (with sometimes a little bit of apple) smoothies for me every day and I absolutely love them. They are so nutritious and a hell of a lot better than what you can find in store. They taste sooo yummy! I think you've done your job into turning me into a smoothie convert! Rosemary x

  79. Well I don’t like taste of spinach so I add any fruit or green vegetable with mint in my Green drink. I always add coconut water in my drink. It’s really refreshing and healthy too. I am sure anyone can lose weight if it is taken daily.
