TOWER HIGH AVOCADO SHRIMP KIWI VEGGIE STACK


The beauty of cooking is when
you create something that is no
need to cook.
I got inspire by
LongHorn Steakhouse Restaurant

Avocado Shrimp Stack Longhorn version 
has avocado, tomatoes and small shrimps.

I decided to make my own
and challenge myself
in how many ingredients
I could add to my stack
and make it
Tower High
mission accomplish
and is very delicious.
TOWER HIGH AVOCADO SHRIMP KIWI VEGGIE STACK

INGREDIENTS




1/4  CUP OF EACH DICE
ORANGE PEPPERS
YELLOW PEPPERS
TOMATOES
CUCUMBER
KIWI
AVOCADO
PRE-COOKED LARGE SHRIMPS DICE

1 CUP OF SPINACH AND KALE

The measurement for two stacks if more guest
dice more.

DRESSING INGREDIENTS

1/2 of lime
5 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

TOOL

To make the Tower this high
you need a 8 oz can
clean and open on both side
if you like to make the stack
smaller use a tuna fish can
or biscuit cutter.
You also need a spoon.

1 SPOON of each ingredient.
except Spinach and Kale mix (1 cup)

ASSEMBLE

On a Plate you add
1 cup Spinach and Kale Mix
Place the can on top
start stacking in this order
Avocado
Kiwi
Orange Peppers
Yellow Pepper 
Tomatoes
Shrimp

Pressing down gently after each ingredients
when you reach the top
Drizzle with the lime dressing. (RECIPE BELOW)
Using a spoon
Press gently down
while moving the can up to remove the can.

IMPORTANT: Do not do in a rush it will collapse.
so take your time and see your masterpiece unfold.



LIME DRESSING INGREDIENTS

1/2 of lime
5 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
