SPICY CAPERS AND CHICKPEAS SNACK

Is very hard during the Fall and Winter
to keep up with our fitness and eating healthy.
Since we do less activity outdoors and spend
the majority of the time inside we tend to
grab for unhealthy snacks like chips,
cookies and cakes but of course
we are bored and out appetite increases
for whatever the reason.
Well this is a great alternative for those snack you might
regret eating when summer comes and you know
you have to do double duty in fitness.
We all have our days, I'm not a saint I love
my bad snack but I do everything in moderation
or I find way to replace it.
Here is Spicy Capers and Chickpeas Snack

you will not mind snacking to this

  44. Winters make me sooo hungry! I'm back from college and food in college was okay..... Instead of the freshman 15, I think I lost ~10 lbs since I wasn't the biggest fan of the food haha. I'm gaining it all back now that I am home though! This looks delicious and healthy!!! It seems easy to make as well! Next semester I plan on bringing some of my own mini snacks up to the dorm and I may try this!
