MISSING MY HOME TOWN DINERS DISCO FRIES (MY VERSION)

(Image from Google)
I so miss the diners in New York especially Long Island
I have so much good fun memories when I went
out on weekends with my friends to a club
and we always head out to a diner after.
I will said mid early morning 3 am or later LOL.
Is one thing we always order Disco Fries is french fries
with mozzarella cheese and gravy. I must said
that every diner might have a name of their own but
only a few get it right Disco is because when you come out
of the club this is what everyone order their amazing fries.
It took me a while to get the taste similar
to theirs well I hope I had come close to me it taste like it did.
Here I want to share Disco Fries My Version of it
hope you all try it out. Yes is not healthy...but it does
get your belly warm and full fast.
Ladies once in a while
we deserve to break the rule as long is in moderation.

INGREDIENTS

 1 Bag (1 LB --28 OZ)  Ore-Ida Steak Fries
16 Slices of Fresh Mozzarella ( you could use less)
1/2 Cup  Heinz Homestyle Gravy Chicken Classic
1/2 Cup Heinz Homestyle Gravy Savory Beef
(or use brown gravy)
Non Stick Spray

1 BAG OF ORE-IDA STEAK FRIES

HEINZ HOMESTYLE CHICKEN AND SAVORY BEEF

 16 SLICE OF FRESH MOZZARELLA

INSTRUCTION
In a baking sheet line with aluminum foil and spray with non stick spray
add the fries and cook in oven following the package direction.

In a small sauce pan add 1/2 of each  Homestyle Chicken and Beef Savory Gravy
whisk to combine and heat until it almost boil. Reduce the heat
keep warm and make sure to whisk while the fries are cooking.
Slice the Fresh Mozzarella unless you find the package shown
it comes already slice for you.

When fries are done place a slice mozzarella
top of the Steak Fries drizzle with a
1/4 cup of gravy not to much it will make fries soggy
place back in 350 temperature oven
for 25 minutes or until mozzarella completely melt.

PLACE STEAK FRIES TO A LINE WITH
ALUMINUM FOIL SPRAY WITH NON STICK SPRAY
BAKING SHEET.

POUR 1/2 OF EACH GRAVY INTO A SMALL SAUCE PAN

WHISK TO WELL COMBINE

COOK STEAK FRIES

PLACE SLICE FRESH MOZZARELLA CHEESE
TOP OF  COOK STEAK FRIES

DRIZZLE WITH GRAVY
COOK IN A 350 TEMPERATURE OVEN
FOR 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL
CHEESE MELT

  25. Haha!! I did this too on Long Island! Once I was so drunk I was dipping my french fries in my coffee thing it was gravy, took me a wee bit of time to realize. Another time I went with a group and one the guys was wear a black H to T dress, the entire diner stopped talking mouths agape, and after all the gasps and snide comments from the door to our table before he sat down he said "Yes! I am wearing a dress!" oh boy this brings back memories.
