pasta and also try different pasta.
Here is a pasta name Mostaccioli a tube
pasta great with chunky tomatoes, meat, or cream sauce.
Is also great in bake dishes.
I have a fast recipe to try
MOSTACCIOLI WITH PARSLEY AND BASIL SAUCE
fast thinking I made this recipe in a rush on a hungry day.
1 JAR PREGO SAUCE
(use your favorite brand)
6 TABLESPOON OF OLIVE OIL
1 SMALL ONION DICE
2 CLOVE OF GARLIC MINCED
1 RED PEPPER DICE
1/4 CUP RED WINE
1/3 CUP OF SHREDDED FRESH BASIL
1/3 CUP OF MINCED FRESH PARLEY
1 TEASPOON OF DRY OREGANO
1 TEASPOON OF DRY ITALIAN SEASONING
PINCH RED CRUSHED PEPPER
1/4 TEASPOON SALT
1/4 TEASPOON OF FRESH GROUND BLACK PEPPER
1/2 CUP HEAVY CREAM
1/4 CUP OF GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
Cook the pasta following the direction on the box.
In a sauce pan add 6 Tablespoon olive oil sauteed onions and garlic
for 5 minutes
add the pinch of red crush pepper,
add the dice red pepper cook until slight tender, add
the 1/4 cup of wine until it bubbles than add the
jar of Prego or your favorite brand sauce.
Stir and add the heavy cream, mix well add
the 1 teaspoon of dry oregano and Italian Seasoning
add the 1/3 cup shredded fresh basil and 1/3 cup
of minced fresh parsley, do not forget
1/4 teaspoon of salt and fresh ground pepper.
Add the cook pasta and mix well finish it
with 1/4 cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
mix well and serve.
FIRST PART WITH ONIONS, GARLIC,

2ND PART ADD THE FRESH SHREDDED BASIL AND MINCED PARSLEY
3rd PART ADD PASTA MIX WELL ADD PARMESAN CHEESE
