MANGO PINEAPPLE BANANA SMOOTHIE

This is a little of Paradise
in your palette
This combo is so delicious
You will feel like you on a island
but technically you in your backyard.

INGREDIENTS

1 Mango Peeled and Dice
3 Banana (Frozen and Slice)
1 Can 8 oz Dole Slice Pineapple (4 Slice)
2 Tablespoon of Greek Plain Yogurt
2 Tablespoon of Agave Nectar ( I used organic)
You could substitute with Honey
1/4 Cup of Coconut Water

DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in the blender
blend until smooth
Serve.


ENJOY

  16. I love everything in this smoothies except banana, I can't stand the smell or taste of it. LOL! Definitely a good one to try but I'll need to find a good substitute for banana, think berries would do?

    1. The dea is to stay with the paradise flavor.
      You could add 2 more tablespoon of yogurt or tofu for the creaminess that banana give.
