EASY BBQ PULLED PORK


Taste a little of South
EASY BBQ PULLED PORK
will make you wonder 
why have I not try this sooner.
No sweat all in one
Crockpot with the right seasoning
This tender meat will wow 
your family and friends.
Hey it might wow you.
So here is a way
to enjoy the best pulled pork
without going to the south for some.
All in the comfort of your home.
I always make it during the summer.

INGREDIENTS

4 1/2 Pound of Shoulder or Butt Pork

DIRECTIONS
Cut the meat off the bone 
place in a bowl

RUB INGREDIENTS

3 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper, Salt, Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Worchestershire Sauce

DIRECTIONS

Mix all the dry ingredients well
and rub on to the pork making sure you do
not miss a spot.

LIQUID INGREDIENTS

1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Beef Broth
2 Tablespoon Worchestershire Sauce

DIRECTION

Pour all the wet ingredients in
a measuring cup add up to 1 cup.

Pour the Liquid ingredients in a 5 quart Crock-Pot
add the rub on Pork and cover
cook for 6-8 hours 
When done drain shred the meat with a folk
 add
BOTH
1/4 cup of Hickory Smoke BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup Sweet Honey BBQ Sauce
Mix well and Serve in a bun top off with
Homemade Coleslaw

If you like to add more
bbq sauce add by tablespoon
like that you will enhance the flavor
not overpower it.

Place In A Bun Top With Coleslaw
