RED PEPPER SUN-DRIED TOMATO HUMMUS

I like creating simple dip or hummus recipe
by adding ingredients that add pizazz
and a combination you will said
why did I not think of that....
This is how this recipe came about.

Red Pepper Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus

INGREDIENTS
1 can 16 oz Chick Peas
(reserve 1/4 cup of the can water)
2 Slices of Roasted Red Pepper from the jar
(This is enough for flavor you do not want to overpower it)
1 Garlic Clove
1 Teaspoon of Capers rinse
(some to garnish optional)
3-4 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2  Juice of Fresh Squeeze Lemon
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
In a food processor add the 1 clove of garlic,
2 Slice of Roasted Pepper 1 Teaspoon of Capers
Blend until in well combine
Add the 16 oz chick peas and the 1/4 cup of reserve water
1/2 fresh squeeze of lemon blend
salt and pepper to taste
while blending add the olive oil
Blend until the consistency you want
Garnish with capers and roasted peppers
for your guest to have an idea what is in it.
Serve with Chips

MY CONSISTENCY
I made it semi smooth a little bit chunky.
