 (my image)
Is time to try other things then the same type
of meatballs not knocking the beef lover
but once you get a taste on these
SAVORY CHICKEN MEAT BALLS
You might want to keep.

I been experimenting in my kitchen replacing
ground beef in replacement for healthier version.
in some of my well known recipes this
is the first one I had try and love it.
Is the new staple for meatballs in my house.

Hope you give them a try and let me know how
you like them and do you taste the difference.

Perfect to serve as an appetizer for the holidays party.

1 Teaspoon of Dry Parsley
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 Teaspoon of Salt

crumbs, 1/4 cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese, 1 Teaspoon of Dry Oregano,
1 Teaspoon Dry Parsley, 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning, 1 Teaspoon of Salt and
Fresh Ground Pepper mix well
Form the mixture into balls ping pong size.
Heat 1/4 inch of oil over medium heat
Place the savory chicken meatballs
in batch of 5 or six
do not overcrowd your pan it takes longer to cook
Cook for 15 minutes turning them every 5 minutes
