Great to serve for
Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch or Dinner.
Spicy Hash potatoes could be serve as a side dish
or eat by itself.
If you vegetarian grilled portobello mushroom
goes great with this meal.
Spicy Hash is a side dish I always make changes to it
by adding different types of pepper in this case
I made it simple with Green Peppers and Onions
32 oz (2lb bag) Southern Style Hashbrowns
(any brand of hashbrowns will do)
1- Green Pepper Dice
1- Small Onion Dice
1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper more if you like
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon of Spanish Smoke Hot Paprika
1 Teaspoon of Dry Parsley (Optional)
Cook the Hashbrowns with non stick spray pan on medium heat
add the green peppers and onions sauteed
for a minute, add 1/2 Teaspoon of Fresh Ground Pepper, Salt
and the 1 Teaspoon of Spanish Smoke Hot Paprika.
1 teaspoon of dry parsley (optional)
Cook until potatoes are tender and veggies are soft.
Tip: You could make this ahead and then reheat it.

1 Teaspoon of Balsamic Vinegar
Pinch of Sea Salt
1 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Spray with non stick spray to a grill pan heat to high
Brush both side of steak with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar
Season both side with Sea Salt, Fresh Ground Pepper
Cook depending on the temp you like to eat your Steak.
135 Degree on meat internal temp for Medium Rare 4-5 minutes on each side
140 Degree on meat internal temp for Medium 5-7 minutes on each side
150 Degree on meat internal temp fr Medium Well 8-10 minutes on each side.
Tip: You could marinate the steak for 1 to 2 hr it pick up the flavor.
2 LARGE EGGS FRIED SUNNY SIDE UP.
Tip: If you cook it on low and cover in a pan the sunny side up will come out perfect.
