GREEN TEA AVOCADO OIL SCRUB


Time to get your skin ready
for the Spring or Summer.
 I share my favorite
scrub I cannot get enough of.
You might want to try it has plenty of benefit
for the skin and it feel so soft and glowing when you done.

COLD PRESS AVOCADO OIL
I use cold press Avocado oil due to these benefits.
Is smooth the skin it contains monounsaturated fatty acid
and Vitamin E. This is so helpful to the skin it give a silky tone.
It moisturize your skin and absorb fast. It's also an anti-aging that
helps protect your skin from free radicals.

ORGANIC GREEN TEA BENEFITS
Antioxidant
Helps with wrinkles
Reduces scar
Removes dead skin

RAW HONEY
Great antioxidant
Slow down aging
Acne treatment
Complexion Boost

INGREDIENTS
1 Tablespoon of Organic Green Tea
or 1 Organic Green Tea bag open and pour.
1/2 Cup White Sugar
4 Tablespoon Raw Honey
3 Tablespoon Cold Pressed Avocado Oil
This combination is great to exfoliate.

DIRECTIONS
This scrub is gentle on the face and body.
Pick some up with a plastic spoon or wooden spoon,
Apply on wet skin in small circular motion
On face or body leave for 20 minutes rinse with warm water.

IMPORTANT
ADD ALL INGREDIENTS
IN A BOWL MIX GENTLY
POUR IN A GLASS CONTAINER
THIS AMOUNT OF INGREDIENTS IS
FOR ONE TIME USE.

POUR ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL

MIX GENTLY UNTIL YOU SEE THIS TEXTURE

 PLACE IN A GLASS CONTAINER


 The spoon I use
is a party silver spoon
you find in party store
or dollar store.
You could also use a small wooden
or any plastic spoon


ALWAYS BEAUTIFY YOURSELF!!!

    1. Coconut oil, Olive Oil will do fine but the idea is to get the benefit of Avocado Oil on your skin.
