HAWAIIAN PORK CHOPS

Their are days I wish I could
snap my fingers and end up
in a Tropical Island of my desire.
Now Let's keep it real 
there is no such thing as magic
or time machine lol.
Their sure is a kitchen where I could
work my magic in bringing the tropics
to my plates.

HAWAIIAN PORK CHOPS
is a perfect example
of the delightful island taste.

INGREDIENTS
2 lb Pork Chops
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil For Fryer
20 oz Dole Pineapple Slices Drain 
(Reserve 1/2 Cup of Juice)
Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper To Taste

PINEAPPLE SAUCE
1/2 Cup Reserve Juice of Pineapples
3 Tablespoon Honey
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Whisk well

DIRECTION
Season pork chops with Salt and Pepper
In a frying pan on medium heat
Cook pork for 5 minute each side
Preheat oven 350 degree in a baking casserole prepare
with non stick spray.
Place The Fry Cook Pork Chops and add the Pineapple Slices.
Pour Pineapple Slices Sauce over it,
Cook for 40-45 minutes,
Uncover and Bake for additional 10 Minutes.
OPTIONAL
Grilled some leftover pineapple slices

for presentation.

    I don't eat port, but I believe the recipe can be recreated with different kind of meat too.
