HOW TO TREAT DRY SKIN

Dry skin type have to be cautious
in how they apply and treat their face.
So many reason to have dry skin
medical condition, environmental
Cold weather, humid weather,
aging due to your hormones
level which change through out the years.
It makes your skin thin and parched. 
This factor causes the skin to lose natural
moisture which makes the skin dry.
Their is ways to treat dry skin
and minimize the dryness.

using any of these products that may cause more of an issue on your skin,
If you have allergy on a specific ingredients and already are in medication
 or a specific treatment recommended by a dermatologist.

HOW TO TREAT DRY SKIN

CLEANSE
Wash face with warm water only
if you do not have makeup
and pat dry with a soft gentle towel.
The biggest enemy for dry skin
is harsh chemical cleanser
Use a gentle mild cleanser.
Avoid sulfate and alcohol products.
Oil cleanser are a dry skin joy.
Garnier clean nourish cleanser is a great alternative.

EXFOLIATE
Is helpful to get rid of 
the top dry skin layer
but do not use brush or harsh salt
to exfoliate it will damage your skin.
Use a gentle scrub product that contains
Glycolic acid or Alpha Hydroxy acid,
Hydraplex12.
St. Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub
is a great choice to consider.

MOISTURIZE
Avoid any with alcohol
Natural moisturizer
with lanolin oils work amazing.
It protect skin from over drying
Argan oil awesome for dry skin.

HUMIDIFIER
consider in investing in one
help with humid environment
helps keep your moisture
to your skin especially 
when you are sleeping.

MAKEUP
Makeup with shea butter,
coconut oil, beeswax are very helpful
for dry skin avoid at all cost alcohol.

gives a radiant look to your dry skin.

HOME REMEDIES
Give moisture to the skin
Organic Coconut Oil
the fatty acid helps with the moisture
Apply to face leave on over night.

Caster Oil act like a natural astringent
apply with a cotton ball to the face
especially to any dry patches.

BANANA MASK
1 Banana Mash
Apply to face leave for 15 minutes
Rinse with warm water

AVOCADO AND HONEY MASK
1 small Avocado mash
2 Tablespoon Honey
Mix well apply to face leave on 25 minutes
Rinse of with tepid water

  10. I love St. Ives Apricot Scrub and it's been repurchased many times over many years. Milk cleanser is another great option for dry skin.
