WHY I EAT SEAWEED

WHY I EAT SEAWEED
beside the obvious in how much
I love it! Their are so many
healthy and beauty beneficial reason.
I always order salad or sushi that
has seaweed like nori, kelp, arame, wakame
from Asian restaurant.
I found this snack in the Asian market
and boy was I excited to try it out
as a snack as well incorporate it into my meals.

  9. I do include seawood in my dishes especially if I'm making a bowl of noodle soup. It's very healthy and has lots of benefits. My husband was not used to it initially but he doesn't mind it now and I'm teaching my little one to eat healthier from a young age so he won't be fussy about food in the future.

  14. My mother used to prepare a stew with seaweed which had a nice flavor, during the summer and seaweed in the ceviche! I did not know all these benefits of eating.
