Suggestion in what to use to create a Party Bite size appetizer

Mozzarella Ball
(or use any cheese of your liking)
Thin slice of Prosciutto
Slice Genoa Salame
Slices of Provolone Cheese
Cherry or Grape Tomatoes

GOOD TO KNOW
I use on the go Genoa Salame and Provolone to safe time in slicing

You could be creative with any meat or cheeses.

Let start with the summer was harsh
on my hair humidity and environment
just took my hair to a direction I was not pleased with.
I try this shampoo and I instantly felt and saw
the difference love it.
I use it for a month
my hair came alive and it did heal the damage

PORK STUFFED TWO WAYS

PORK STUFFED TWO WAYS
Is a meal serve for any holidays
This is what I like to make
For Christmas or New Years.

So hopefully you could serve
to your family for the holidays.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE STUFFING!

MUSHROOM SPINACH STUFFING
1/2 of  Boneless Pork  
(cut in half from a 8 pound)
(You could use a 3 pound one)
8 oz of Frozen Spinach, Thaw
4 oz of White Bottom Mushroom
3 Garlic Chopped
1 Cup of Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 Cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
4 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
6-7 Stripe of SmithField Low Sodium Bacon
Salt and Pepper To Taste

TOOLS
Food Processor

DIRECTION
Squeeze any excess water from the
Thaw Spinach
In  sauteed pan add 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Sauteed Garlic and Mushroom until Tender
Let It Cool
Place in the Food Processor 
Process until smooth
In A Bowl Add
1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
The Spinach and Mushroom Mixture
Salt and Pepper To Taste
3 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Mix Well

Spread out evenly to the pork that has been cut
Slit in the middle like a book fold to
Seal looking like a log tie with 
Kitchen Twine 
Lay overlapping the 6-7 Strip of bacon.

Cut in half and slit in the middle like a book

Sauteed Garlic and Mushroom
in 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Until Tender
Let it cool 
Place in a Food Processor
Process until Smooth
In a Bowl add
1 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 Cup of Bread Crumbs
Add The Mushroom Garlic
Mixture and Thaw with no
excess water Spinach

Spread Evenly On To The Pork

 Press Down Spreading It Evenly 
Is Important For It Could Cook Evenly
Seal and Tie with Kitchen Twine
 Layer Overlapping 6-7 Strip Of Bacon

Preheat Oven 375 degree cook for 90 or until
Meat Thermometer reads 160 is when is fully done
and Bacon is Crispy.

2ND STUFFING INGREDIENTS!

INGREDIENTS FOR APPLE ONION STUFFING
2 Gala Apple Dice
2 Tablespoon of Dry Sage
1 Medium Onion Slice
Salt and Pepper To Taste
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Veggie Broth
3 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs

DIRECTIONS
Season the pork with salt & pepper 
and rub on 1 Tablespoon of Sage,
Make small Slit on the fat side of meat
In a Sauteed pan add 1 Tablespoon
of olive oil  sauteed the onion for 5 minutes
add the dice apple 1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
also 1 Tablespoon Veggie Broth and 1 Tablespoon of Sage 
sauteed the Apples until soft set aside to cool
In a bowl 
add the Bread Crumbs the apple and onion mixture
with 2 tablespoon of olive oil.

Spread evenly to the pork.

1 Tablespoon of Sage
1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
and 1 Tablespoon of Veggie Broth

 IN A BOWL 
Add Breadcrumbs
The Apple Onion Mixture
Combine Well

 Spread Evenly And Fold To Seal


FINAL RESULT
ENJOY!
