PORK CHOPS IN GRAVY SAUCE


A perfect Fall or Winter dish
that will please every family member and friends.
The creamy gravy thick enough to give the right
texture and tender pork chop you could literally
only eat with a folk they will break apart no need
for table knife.

Here is my recipe
PORK CHOPS IN GRAVY SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

1 Package of Pork Chops (1 pound)
6-7 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Tsp of each
Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper
Garlic Powder
Paprika
1 Medium Onion

INGREDIENTS FOR HOMEMADE GRAVY
1/4 cup of All Purpose Flour
3 Tablespoon of Butter
2 Cups of Beef Broth
Pinch of Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper

GOOD TO KNOW
Prefer to bake your pork chop
than yes you could do that method
for this recipe
Preheat oven at 350 degree
place season pork chop in a baking pan or cookie sheet
bake for 25 almost done
(keep in mind will finish cooking with gravy)

DIRECTION FOR PORK CHOPS
Season meat and add 6-7 Tablespoon of 
Vegetable Oil to a fry pan.
Cook Pork Chop 5 Minutes on each side
Place on a plate
Continue cooking until you done
Drain  fry Pan or use a different fry Pan
Add slice medium onion
cook until translucent.
Remove from pan place on top of cook pork chops
Meanwhile add 3 Tablespoon butter and 1/4 cup of 
all purpose flour stir to make a roux (Thickener)
 into add the two cup of beef broth stir until
it thicken place cook pork chops and cook onions
back to the pan.
Cook for additional 15-20 minutes
or until the gravy thicken and the pork chops are tender.

Serving Suggestion
Rice and Corn like you see here
or
Mash Potatoes and Broccoli 


Fried Pork Chops

Gravy continue stirring until it thickens

Place cook pork chops and cook onion
back to pan

Cook until gravy thicken and pork chops become tender
