COOKING WITH PARCHMENT PAPER


Cooking with Parchment Paper
its an easy way to get meal 
on the table everything its cook in the paper
and will be no need to clean pots and pan.
Perfect for days that you prefer to 
not be in the kitchen and enjoy the outdoors.
Its also a great way to cut down on adding fats
if you on a diet and are cautious of what you eat
I recommend this method of cooking.

I cook shrimp but you could cook
Fish, Chicken and Vegetable in Parchment Paper

PREHEAT OVEN 375 DEGREES
INGREDIENTS
I got a pound of shrimp clean and peeled
half of  lemon slice and 1 Tablespoon zest.
Lavender seasoning , 1 garlic clove
and a cup of cherry tomatoes cut in halves.
Two Tablespoon white dry wine and 
1 Tablespoon olive oil
add all ingredients to one bowl

Mix well without bruising the shrimp



THREE SHEETS OF PARCHMENT PAPER
 ONE FOR EACH PERSON


PLACE THE SHRIMPS AND VEGGIES IN THE CENTER
1/2 CUP ON EACH SHEET

ADD 1 TABLESPOON OF BUTTER 
OR DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL


FOLD IN HALF

FOLD DOWN FROM TOP


BEGIN CRIMPING THE EDGES AND TIE
WITH OVEN SAVE TWINE

PLACE ON A COOKIE SHEET

COOK IN A PREHEATED OVEN 375 DEGREES
FOR 10 MINUTES UNTIL SHRIMP TURN PINK

SERVE AND ENJOY

LIGHT NOT HEAVY FOUNDATION

Charlotte Tilbury Light Wonder Youth Boosting Foundation
expensive but worth it,  hydrates minimize pores, reduce wrinkles
It does not settle into your fine lines and this light weight foundation gives
and even tone to your skin it conceal minor discoloration.

SPRING CLEANING SKIN

Time to smell the flowers
and
Spring Cleaning Skin
get it back to shape
and ready to expose.
In the winter legs, knees, feets, elbows, arms
are hidden under tights, slack, sweater
in those cold winter months.
So the skin its screaming for moisture and air.

Here I will give some tips that will bounce
back your skin to be ready for Spring.

Lets starts with a simple product
that I find helpful and bet some of you already have
Petroleum Jelly
Add to your feet and cover with socks, place a quarter amount to each knees
and the same goes for your hands and elbows.
This its an economical way to see results smooth skin fast.


Common sense tip
Exfoliate.
Try to keep away from products that contains
Walnut shells or Apricot pit which could tear
your skin.

Gentle scrubber work best

Here its my homemade
BODY SCRUB
only two ingredients.

1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup of Olive Oil

Mix together and scrub away also great for lips.
OR
A loofah or body brush work well just make sure
your skin its completely wet before scrubbing.

MASK THE SKIN



Milk  or Yogurt
Its a great alternative 
to help your skin get smoother
1 cup of either spread evenly on body.
for feet and hand soak in 1 cup of either
milk or yogurt
I like to microwave the milk to luke warm for soaking body
in bathtub also when soaking feets and hands.
TRY IT

We all know how to tackle our face but do not forget
the Body.
