ALL IN ONE BAKING PAN CHUCK ROAST AND VEGGIES

This its great meal when
entertaining your guest.
ALL IN ONE BAKING PAN
CHUCK ROAST AND VEGGIES.
The title its convincing enough to try it out!
Less pots to use and less cleaning
means more time for your guest.

Here its what you going to need.

INGREDIENTS
5 LB Boneless Chuck Roast Beef
1 Medium Red Onion Roughly Chopped
4 Potatoes Dice
1 Cup of Small Carrots (or two carrots peeled and dice)
1/4 Cup of Red Wine ( I use Merlot)
1/4 Cup Beef Broth
2 Tablespoon Worchesteshire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper
1 sprig of Thyme
Non Stick Spray

DIRECTIONS
Season the meat with Kosher Salt, Garlic Powder, Fresh Ground Pepper
 place in a prepare baking pan
prepared with non stick spray
 add the Carrots,Potatoes, Onion, Thyme
Red Wine, Beef Broth, Worchesteshire Sauce
Cook in Preheated Oven 375 degrees
45-50 Minutes
Until Medium or Medium Rare
This meat its better to serve in 
the cook temp I mention
But you could cook it well done
if that its your preference
I will said 50-55 Minutes
Depending on your oven.
