GINGERBREAD PANCAKES RECIPE

I found this on Instagram Real Simple
made with flour and so on
I decided to give it a go by making it easier and modified
it as a rush recipe to make on
CHRISTMAS MORNING
My Gift To You!!!
accomplish to share with you all.

INGREDIENTS
4 Cup of Pancake Mix
(Brand I Use Krusteaz Buttermilk)
1 1/2 of Cup of Whole Milk
1 Teaspoon Allspice
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Ginger
Maple Syrup (your preference)
Non Stick Spray

TOOLS YOU NEED
Gingerbread Cookie Cutter
9' pan or skillet

DIRECTIONS
Add Pancake mix into a bowl
with 1 teaspoon of each Allspice, Cinnamon, and Ginger
pour the 1 1/2 cup of milk gently whisk until is semi thick consistency.
Add Non Stick Spray to a 9' Pan or skillet place
the gingerbread cookie cutter
pour the pancake mix inside cookie cutter carefully,
cook for 2-3 minutes until slight golden brown
remove cookie cutter flip and let it cook the opposite side for 2-3 minutes
and serve

Tip
You could make it in pancake shape circle
and cut out with cookie cutter if prefer
You could also keep the cookie cutter on and flip
it wont ruin the pancake.

4 Cups Pancake Mix

I like to mix the spice ahead
1 teaspoon of each
Allspice, Ginger and Cinnamon

Pour into Pancake Mix

Mix to incorporate the ingredients

Pour milk gently whisk until its semi thick consistency

Pour mixture into Gingerbread cutter

Cook for 2-3 Minutes
until golden brown

Serve

Perfectly Cook

Pour Some Hot Maple Syrup

Look at the thickness two of this
it will satisfy anyone
The kids will love this

Yummy
This is great to make
if you not a baker
this is close enough
to a Gingerbread Cookie

You could have little helper
make their own
by making the circle pancake
and cutting it with Gingerbread Cookie Cutter
(always with adult supervision)

MERRY CHRISTMASčÄäčÄů
