CAN SARDINES SALAD

Can Sardines
This easy meal has so much 
benefits to our health.
Keep in mind eat fish in moderation.
Some people cannot stand the smell
I do not blame them.
This recipe reduces the smell
just by one ingredient really helps with that.

Here are the benefits of eating Sardines.

Omega 3 and 6 Fatty Acids
Vitamins 
B3
B12
D
Help with weight loss
Iron
and so much more

Disclaimer: If you are allergic to fish do not consume or try this recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 can Chicken Of The Sea Sardines in water (3.75 oz)
2 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Capers (drain)
3-5 Grape Tomatoes cut in halves
Handful of Organic 50/50 Blend Lettuce
Baby Lettuce, Spinach, Chicories
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper

DIRECTIONS
In a bowl add handful of Organic 50/50 Blend Lettuce
Cut Grapes Tomatoes in halves add to the lettuce
Drain the sardines, add 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
mash than add 1 teaspoon of drain Capers.
Place on top of lettuce and grape tomatoes 
Pour over the Vinaigrette

For the Vinaigrette
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper 

Directions
Add all ingredients in a small bowl whisk until
well incorporated.
Pour over your salad.

 Chicken Of The Sea Sardines

In two separate small bowl
1 Tablespoon in each of Apple Cider Vinegar

Mash Sardines in 1 Tablespoon of 
Apple Cider Vinegar

Add 1 Teaspoon of Capers

Add handful of Lettuce in a bowl
with Grape Tomatoes Halves

Top The Salad With Mash Sardines

Make Vinaigrette
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper 

Whisk well until emulsified 


 Pour over the Salad

Enjoy

  1. Believe me. I can eat sardines right out of the can. I love sardines. In fact, I must in my house. Next time, this sardine salad is gonna hit our table. Lovely for filling into bread.
