WINE THYME SAUCE FOR PORTOBELLO AND CHEESE RAVIOLONI

This combo Portobello and Cheese Ravioloni
with Wine Thyme Sauce will make your palette dance.
I get the package of Portobello and Cheese Ravioloni in the supermarket
is delicious simple and fast to make.
All you have to do is the sauce.
The good thing is this could go with red sauce of your liking
but lets take it to another level and bring your palette to dance.

So I decided to try it with Wine and Thyme
this compliments the portobello mushroom perfectly.

2 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
1 Teaspoon Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper
2-3 Sprig of  Fresh Thyme

Salt, Fresh Ground Pepper and Thyme
let it melt add the 1/4 cup of White Wine let it reduce
3 -5 seconds add the 1/4 cup of Grated Parmesan cheese
Stir well to incorporate all the ingredients
and pour over the cook ravioli finish it
with grated Parmesan and serve.
