Eating healthy while getting nutrition and a good source of vitamin, who will not want to indulge in this snack. It provides you with Vitamin C, B, E and K also A that the mint contains. I want to share my favorite snack it only contains 4 ingredients. I make it once a week during spring to fall or whenever I could get a hold of fresh strawberries. I hope you will want to try and get yourself to a healthy start.    Ingredients        16 oz. of Strawberries cut in halves 12 sprig of mint leaves 2 Tablespoon of Honey 1 Tablespoon of lemon Instructions Wash the strawberries place in a bowl add the rest of ingredients mix well. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes than serve.   Final Result     Enjoy   Remember Always Beautify Your Plate   And Your Health!    


(google image) Yummy Hummus , I enjoy adding my own touch in the recipe, I know its available in markets but I prefer to know what's in it and that its fresh (don't you?) Here is my Hummus version with just a few ingredients. I do not use Tahini paste one hard to find and two you really do not need it, after you try my Yummy Hummus version you might want to keep and do over for guest and events. Let's get started INGREDIENTS 1 Can Cannellini Beans 1/4 Lemon Juice 2 Tablespoon of  Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Tablespoon liquid of the beans 1 Garlic Clove 1/2 Teaspoon of lemon Zest Dash of Paprika Pinch of Salt and Pepper  Set aside the 1 TBLS before draining Rinse and Drain Cannellini Beans 1 Garlic Peel Lemon 1/4 Cup of Lemon Juice 1/2 Teaspoon of Lemon Zest DIRECTIONS Drop Garlic in the food processor Process until garlic its minced add the rest of the ingredients in this order Beans


There its all type of products sold in drugstore and makeup store that promise the world. I guess it  will work temporary than your skin get used to it and you do not see result, do not take me wrong there its products that work and are great for the skin but sometime we need to look in our own pantry and see what natural ways we could enhance the skin and balance it without to much chemicals. In this cold weather all we look forward to comfort food that warms our belly and satisfied our hunger. Why not start making life easier by adding all ingredients to a crockpot and let it cook. Don't we all prefer to be under a cover reading a book, watching a movie or blogging instead in the kitchen on a cold day. Let the aroma come out of your crockpot once you make this stew you will want to keep the recipe. Here are the steps to make a comfort stew you and your family will enjoy. INGREDIENTS   1 bay leaf 1 Teaspoon of Italian Seasoning 1 Teaspoon of Paprika 1 Teaspoon Fresh Crush Pepper 1 Teaspoon of Salt 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 1 1/2 Tablespoon of Flour 1 Small Onion Dice 1 Pint of White Button Mushroom Slice 2-3 Small to Medium Potatoes  1/2 cup of Beef Broth 1 lb of Stew Meat (4 serving) Season Meat with the above ingredients Salt, Pepper, Italian Seasoning, Paprika, Worcestershire sauce Like this 1 Tablespoon an


Sea Salt Scrub Recipe What you need: 1-Sea Salt Coarse or Fine 2- Small Mason Jar or any sanitize jar 3-Any of these oils, Essential oils of your liking, Olive oil, Argan oil.  I use Amiko argan oil you see on second image. 4-Measuring spoon 5-Bowl 6-Labels Instruction Measure 1 cup  or 16 tablespoon of Sea Salt add 1/2 cup of oil if using olive oil or 1/2 of the bottle if using argan oil. If you add essential oil add 15 drops. Mix well that the oil cover the salt. Pour in a mason jar or sanitize jar and label it Tip:  If using essential oil and olive oil mix or olive oil by itself refrigerate last up to 3 weeks If using any argan oil no need to refrigerate it last about the same amount of time. Usage: Once a week. RESULT  Important Note:   If you have sensitive skin check the texture against your skin you might want the fine sea salt if your skin its to delicate.
