This is what you going to need to create this delicious meal.
1 Cup Royal Blend with Red Quinoa Rice
1 Can 15.5 oz of Chick Peas ( Drained Garbanzo Beans)
1 Small Can 2.25 oz of Black Olives (Drained)
1/4 Cup Cherry Tomatoes or Grape Tomatoes cut in halves
1 Can Albacore Tuna Fish in water (Drained)
1/2 Cup Fresh Squeeze Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Hawaiian Salt or Sea Salt
1 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper
1 Teaspoon Dry Oregano
1 Teaspoon Capers (optional)
Follow the package instruction to cook Royal Blend with Red Quinoa
In a bowl add 1 can drain tuna fish, 1 small can drain black olives, 1 can drain
chick peas, 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes cut in halves.
1 tsp capers, 1 tsp dry oregano, 1 tsp Hawaiian salt, 1 tsp fresh ground pepper.
In a separate small bowl
Mix together 1 tsp of olive oil and 1/2 of Fresh squeeze lemon juice
pour over the Rice mixture stir until all ingredients are incorporated.
Serve with a quarter of lemon slice.
