PORK CHOPS WITH RED WHITE ONIONS MUSHROOM SAUCE
A delicious way to welcome your guests
this simple recipe has
a southern vibe but with a twist of not
just one onion but two.
Here its what you going to need.
1 lb of Pork Chop (bone in)
1 Medium Red Onion
1 Medium White Onion
4 Tablespoon Canola Oil
1/4 Cup of Flour
1 Cup of Beef Broth
1 Teaspoon of Kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon of Fresh Ground Pepper
1 Teaspoon Garlic Pepper
(or garlic powder)
8 oz of Slice White Bottom Mushrooms
In a fry pan add 4 tablespoon canola oil
Season pork with salt and pepper fry each
for 4 minutes each side until golden brown,
remove pork from fry pan, add red and white
onions slice and mushroom with 1/4 cup of flour stir until
you see flour fading add the 1 cup of beef broth, Fresh Ground pepper,
Kosher salt, and Garlic Pepper seasons, (or garlic powder).
Stir until thickens place pork chops back to the pan
cook for additional 20 minutes and serve with
your favorite side.
I serve it with white rice, corn and sweet potatoes with herbes de provence.

Sweet Potatoes with Herbes de Provence
2 Sweet potatoes Slice
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt and Pepper
1 Teaspoon Herbes De Provence
Non Stick Spray
In a pot filled with water place
the slice sweet potatoes
cook until semi tender.
Drain set aside.
In a small fry pan 9 inch
spray with non stick spray
add 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
place slice sweet potatoes
add the salt and pepper
with 1 teaspoon herbes de provence
cook until they completely tender
serve as a side dish.
