Here its what you going to need.
5 LB Boneless Chuck Roast Beef
1 Medium Red Onion Roughly Chopped
4 Potatoes Dice
1 Cup of Small Carrots (or two carrots peeled and dice)
1/4 Cup of Red Wine ( I use Merlot)
1/4 Cup Beef Broth
2 Tablespoon Worchesteshire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper
1 sprig of Thyme
Non Stick Spray
Season the meat with Kosher Salt, Garlic Powder, Fresh Ground Pepper
place in a prepare baking pan
prepared with non stick spray
add the Carrots,Potatoes, Onion, Thyme
Red Wine, Beef Broth, Worchesteshire Sauce
Cook in Preheated Oven 375 degrees
Until Medium or Medium Rare
This meat its better to serve in
the cook temp I mention
But you could cook it well done
if that its your preference
I will said 50-55 Minutes
Depending on your oven.
