KALE PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE


Is that time again hot days call
for cold drink
and in this case a 
refreshing smoothie.

KALE PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

1 Can of 8 oz Pineapple Chunk 
(You could use fresh if you prefer)
1/4 Cup Non-Fat Plain Yogurt
1/4 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 Cups of Kale
3 Tablespoons Agave

DIRECTION
Add all above ingredients to the blender
blend until smooth.
ENJOY!
