I came across this Livfit Organic Super Seeds Chia, Flax & Hemp best seed combo I ever find. You get enough Fiber, Protein and Omega in one small package. You get 8 package of 1.05 oz for around 6 dollars. The best thing is already measure so you grab a package to sprinkle on your Oatmeal or into your smoothie. You can also add it to your pancake an extra boost to your morning. This is what I call a Great Find. These seeds individually are expensive now you could have all in one package. Add the 1/2 Cup Edamame, 1/4 Cup Red, Yellow and Green Peppers dice  1/4 Cup of Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing Mix well and enjoy. GOOD TO KNOW I added a 1/4 cup of dressing but you  could add more to your liking. This easy delicious dish will be a must do in your kitchen with only a few ingredients you will feel like you an Italy for a day. The pasta is Orecchiette in case you do not know is a small ear shape pasta, perfect for many dishes. In South Italy is very popular. INGREDIENTS 1/2 Pint of Cherry Tomatoes cut in halves 1 small Shallots minced 1 Cup of Spinach 1/2  of Fresh Squeeze Lemon Juice 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil Salt and Pepper to taste Mozzarella Cheese (Optional) DIRECTION Cook Orecchiette pasta  following package instruction Meanwhile in a sauteed pan add olive oil shallot sauteed for 3 minutes add cherry tomatoes cook for 5 minutes add the cook pasta  and the spinach mix well cook spinach until semi wilt add the lemon juice,  salt and pepper to taste Finish it off with mozzarella Cheese  ENJOY!
