1 Avocado (Dice)
Smoked Salmon (Slice Thin)
1/2 of Fresh Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Chives (Optional) for Topping
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Mix together in a bowl 1/2 of lemon juice
drizzle in the 3 tablespoon while whisking the dress
and salt and pepper for taste.
