I been incorporating more organic ingredients for breakfast, so I wanted to share a simple breakfast you will want to try and surprise your family palette. This recipe ingredients is for two people you could double depending the amount you cooking it for. INGREDIENTS FOR 1-2 PEOPLE 2 Organic Brown Eggs 1/2 Cup of Kale  1 Organic Flour Tortilla ( you could use corn) 1/2 Avocado 3 Tablespoon Organic Avocado Oil 2 Teaspoon Salt   2 Teaspoon Fresh Black Pepper (I use pink salt aka Himalayan Salt) 1 Teaspoon Red Crush Pepper 1 Small Tomatoes dice 1 Tablespoon of fresh squeeze lemon DIRECTIONS In a bowl add the half avocado mash with folk adding the 1 tablespoon organic olive oil, 1 tablespoon fresh squeeze lemon juice, 1 teaspoon pink salt, 1 teaspoon fresh ground, 1 teaspoon of red crush pepper for a kick.
