This is an easy and fast Chicken Tortilla Seen on Pinterest put it to work and wow no regrets,  Absolutely delicious. All you need is a few ingredients Tools A Crockpot,  Hand Held Mixer optional INGREDIENTS 2 Pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Strip or Breast 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth 1 Packet Taco 1 ounce (Chicken) Seasoning Mix 1/4 Cup Taco Sauce ( I used Old El Paso Mild Taco Sauce) 3/4 Cup Creamy Queso (I used Old El Paso Creamy Queso Sauce) 16 ounce Mild Chunky Salsa ( You could use your favorite) 2 ounce can Mild Dice Green Chiles from a 4 ounce 8.2 ounce 10 Flour Tortilla TOPPINGS 1/4 cup of Cilantro 1 Tablespoon Sour Cream (optional) 1/4 cup Shredded Lettuce 1/4 Dice Tomatoes DIRECTIONS In a crock pot spray with non stick spray layer chicken and top with all above ingredients  except for Tortilla and Toppings Cook on high for 6 hours or low for  4 hours When done drain excess liquids leaving behind 1 tablespoon You drain with a ladle You could shredded the chicken with two folks or


This delicious soup was inspire by  a Pinterest soup recipe with the only modification of  adding a can of dice tomatoes. I like looking for ways to incorporate cabbage when in seasons. INGREDIENTS  1 pound of Cabbage 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil 1 Small Shallot Minced 2 Garlic Cloves Minced 2 Carrots 1/4 Slice 2 Celery Ribs Slice 14 ounce Kielbasa Sausage (fully cooked Variety) 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano 1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme 4 Cups of Vegetable Stock 1 Can 28 ounce Dice Tomatoes DIRECTIONS Prep by Chopping Cabbage, Peeling and  Slicing Carrots, Slice Celery, Minced Garlic and Shallots, Slice the Kielbasa Sausage Set aside. In a medium pot add the olive oil sauteed onion and garlic until onions are translucent, add carrots and celery cook for 5 minutes- add  the Kielbasa Sausage cook until semi brown add the Cabbage, 1 teaspoon dried Oregano, and dried Thyme Add 28 ounce Dice Tomatoes  and   3 1/2 Vegetable Stock Bring to a boil and  lower the heat to


  I'm always trying new ways to eat cabbage this is one of those ways I will keep in my recipe box for fast and easy breakfast. Here are the ingredients you will need. INGREDIENTS 1 Head of Cabbage 1 Package of Bacon ( I used Apple Flavor) 4 Big Potatoes Wash and Dice 1 Small Red Onion Dice Salt and Pepper to taste DIRECTIONS Clean and dice the potatoes cook in the oven at 375 degree for 20 minutes or until you could pierce the folk into it. Place bacon in a sauteed pan cook until done remove bacon and excess of bacon oil leaving behind 4 tablespoons of bacon oil add the onion sauteed for  5 minutes or until translucent. Dice the cabbage  Add the cabbage into the sauteed pan with onions add the cook bacon and cook potatoes stir until cabbage has soften to your liking and serve.
