I categorize it by   Must Have Essential Make Your Life Easier Essential  This combo will make you feel like a Chef in your kitchen by trying a new recipes or making your favorite recipes. Kitchen basics help save you time and trip to the grocery store. MUST HAVE ESSENTIALS These essentials are always in my pantry. Sauces -So many ways to use and incorporate it Tomato Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Soy Sauce, Teriyaki Sauce, Barbeque Sauce,Spaghetti Sauce, Steak Sauce Broth - Chicken, Beef and Vegetable Taking in consideration if you a 100 percent vegan Coconut milk - Sweet and unsweetened I know not something you will have but trust me you will always use for baking and in savory dishes Herbs - Basil, Bay leaves,Thyme, Oregano, Italian Seasoning, Chives, Cilantro Fennel, Dill, Rosemary, Parsley,  Spices - Curry powder


This is an easy bite Parmesan Crisp  I call them Parmesan Chips. Is easy and delicious If you a cheese lover like me This recipe is for you. Here on this Image starting on your right I add a pinch of Oregano, Everything Bagel to the middle one and plain on the left Is good to play and see what you could come up with and like I bet your family and guest will agree in how delicious this Parmesan Crisp are. You could add to salad or soup. INGREDIENTS 1 Cup Grated Parmesan 1 Teaspoon Dry Oregano 1 Teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning TOOLS YOU WILL NEED Baking Mat Baking Sheet Tablespoon DIRECTIONS Using a tablespoon add the parmesan pressing down gently add the spice you like in this case I use Oregano and Everything Bagel. Baking in a 400 Degree oven for 4-5 minutes oven vary keep a close eyes. Look Like This Perfectly Made Presentation is Everything Enjoy ALWAYS BEAUTIFY YOUR PLATE!!!  


I been wanting to try Gumbo but some of those recipes are a little confusing especially when it request a specific spice. I had try several before  sharing the one I believe you and your family will enjoy. This recipe is from FOODNETWORK They share on their website how to make pickling spice if you cannot find it. I found one at amazon that is perfect for this recipe from Mcormick. INGREDIENTS 8 ounce of andouille sausage cut into 1/2 inch pieces 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, quarted 1/2 cup of all purpose flour 1/2 cup plus one tablespoon vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon of each kosher salt and fresh ground pepper 1 Tablespoon of tomato paste 2 celery rib chopped (about 1 cup) 1 large onion chopped (about 2 cups) 1 green bell pepper (about 1 1/2 cups) 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 4 cloves garlic finely chopped 4 cups of chicken broth 2 tablespoon pickling spice 1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp (21 to 25 count) peeled and deveined, tails removed 1/2 teaspoon gumbo file Hot Cooked Wh

It has nutrition great in fiber keep you full longer and antioxidant. It is fat and cholesterol free. Low in sodium. There are plenty of variety Red,  Yukon, Russet, Finger and Organic. Here I'm using variety in color New Potatoes also known as Baby Potatoes. This Crispy Smash Potatoes is a perfect side dish or a snack. CRISPY SMASH POTATOES Ingredients 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper 1 Teaspoon Dry Oregano 1 Teaspoon of Fresh Thyme 1 lb of New Potatoes (rinse) Tools You Will Need Basting Brush A glass Baking Sheet Direction Bring New Potatoes to a boil  cook for 20 minutes or until folk goes thru Drain well Place one at a time on a baking sheet Using the bottom of the glass Smash  gently down and continue until you do it to all the new potatoes In a small bowl
